Before you start

How long does a project take?

It depends on the product and on what already exists. The duration is agreed with you in the quote, before you sign.

How much does a project cost?

The price depends on how difficult the project is. It is set in the written quote, before you sign, and does not change afterwards without your approval.

Which languages can I write in?

French, German or English. You receive the documents in the language you need. On the phone, French is easier.

Where are the recipe trials carried out?

In a pilot plant equipped to produce small quantities. The pilot trial at your manufacturer comes later, at step 5 of product development.

Will my product definitely be listed by a retailer?

Tamis prepares the product and the sales file. Whether it reaches the shelf is the buyer’s decision: a listing is not guaranteed.

Who owns the recipe?

Ownership of the recipe and the rights of use are set out in the contract. Tamis keeps its method and templates.
