Who is behind Tamis
Tamis Consulting was founded by Alexandre Badan, a trained cook (Swiss federal diploma, CFC) who is studying Food Science & Management at BFH-HAFL.
A sieve separates the coarse from the fine: that is the work of Tamis, from the raw idea to a consistent product.
Recipe trials take place in a pilot plant. For laboratory analyses and pilot trials at manufacturers, Tamis works with partners.
